These terms govern the use of Math Mental. By creating an account you declare that you have read and agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Initial version prepared by the team. The text must be reviewed by legal counsel before the public launch.
1. The service
Math Mental offers math study paths, exercises, step-by-step solutions and gamification features (XP, streak, leagues and gems). Gems and other rewards have no monetary value.
2. Account
- The account is personal and non-transferable; keep your credentials safe.
- Users under 18 must use the platform with the knowledge of their parents or legal guardians.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account › Settings.
3. Proper use
You may not try to game the scoring system, automate answers, exploit security flaws, harass other students or post unlawful content in feedback messages.
4. Content
Lessons, exercises and explanations are owned by Math Mental or licensed to it. Explanations written with the help of artificial intelligence are checked by symbolic verification, but may contain inaccuracies; report errors through the feedback channel.
5. Availability
We strive to keep the service stable, but it may go through maintenance and interruptions. Features may change to improve learning.
6. Suspension
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended, with notice and the possibility of appeal through the support channel.
7. Changes
Relevant changes create a new version of these terms, with a summary of the changes, and we will ask for your acceptance when you sign in to the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms follow Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet), the LGPD and the Statute of Children and Adolescents.
